Joint project of the HR Agency Key People and the All-Ukrainian Union ``Automaidan`` Odesa branch
WORK LAB is a project aimed at employing temporarily displaced persons and Odesa residents who lost their jobs due to the war.
Nadiia Savchenko, CEO of HR Agency Key People, shares her experience and knowledge of the modern labor market, helping participants secure stable and well-paid employment.
Since April 2023, more than a hundred participants have graduated. The project is regular, with groups forming every month.
This project is implemented by the Automaidan Odesa branch with the financial support of Razom. We are grateful for their support and the opportunity to develop this cool initiative.
The next stage is to work on employment and adaptation of veterans. We believe in the power of joint action and are ready to move towards new challenges.
